1. Scope of Deliverables
This package entitles you to a strict 1-hour development session. The scope of deliverables is exclusively limited to:
- Live Build Session: 60 minutes of dedicated engineering time.
- Temporary Preview Link: A temporary URL hosted on our infrastructure (e.g., clients.theadcloud.co.uk/[client-name]) so you can view the build in real-time.
- File Handover: Upon completion of the hour, all website files generated during the session will be packaged into a .zip archive and delivered to you via email. These standard web files are completely decoupled from our infrastructure and are ready for deployment to any standard web server.
2. Exclusions (What Is NOT Included)
To set clear expectations, please note that the £49 session does not include:
- Domain Names: We do not purchase, register, or manage domain names for you.
- Web Hosting: The temporary preview link provided during the session is for review purposes only and will be decommissioned. You are responsible for hosting your own website files.
- Ongoing Support: This is a one-time build session. Once the 60 minutes expire and the files are handed over, no further support, bug fixes, or revisions are included.
- Backend Infrastructure: Unless specifically built within the 60-minute window, advanced backend servers or databases are not included.
3. Deposit & Satisfaction Guarantee
To secure your 60-minute live build session, a discounted deposit of £49 (normally £149) is required. We enforce a non-refundable policy for no-shows and unattended sessions because:
- Instant Infrastructure Provisioning: The moment your booking is confirmed, our automated systems instantly provision the temporary server environments and generate initial code scaffolding based on your brief.
- Opportunity Cost: We reserve dedicated engineering time that cannot be easily re-allocated if the session is canceled or unattended.
Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your appointment a maximum of two (2) times, provided the new appointment date falls within thirty (30) days of the originally scheduled appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment or attempting to reschedule beyond this limit will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
60-Minute Satisfaction Guarantee: If you attend the live session and are not completely satisfied with the result at the end of the 60 minutes, your £49 deposit will be instantly refunded in full. Note: If a refund is requested and issued, the demonstration website and all associated assets will be permanently deactivated and deleted.
4. Promotional Pricing
The discounted £49 rate (normally £149) is a limited-time promotional offer. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or revert this pricing to the standard rate at any time without prior notice. If you forfeit your deposit (e.g., via a no-show) and wish to re-book after the promotional period has ended, the standard £149 rate will apply.
5. Client Prerequisites & AI Usage
- Preparation: The speed and quality of the 60-minute build relies heavily on the client having a clear brief, branding assets (logo, colors), and general direction ready before the call. We are not responsible for incomplete deliverables caused by a lack of client preparation.
- AI-Assisted vs. AI-Generated: The website architecture and codebase are AI-assisted (heavily directed, structured, and curated by our human engineers in collaboration with you), meaning you retain full intellectual property ownership of the final website. However, raw text or images generated by the AI during the session are considered AI-generated. The client is solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying the commercial usage rights of all raw AI-generated copy and imagery before publishing their site live.
